Look mate, most people are NPCs. This applies for work environments too.
The big difference to general life is that at a work environment you cannot escalate things and you cannot simply walk away. Office NPCs are not conflict ready nor would it be productive to be so in the first place. What you want is to keep everyoneās ego levels low, resentment levels low and jealousy levels low, so that everyone is supportive, nice and polite.
And if you have a male boss, this will likely lead to problems. You cannot challenge a NPCās status and ego without making them resentful at you at the same time.
Alpha pheromones are only useful for private life in my experience.
Exception: You are the boss yourself or you deal with absolute alpha business men.
Such men are almost never to be found in office environments.

Yeah, at the office, you want people to love and to remember you.
Not to fear you or be intimitated by you, or be aroused by you.
This is a non-sexual non-dominance environment where everyone is supposed to play along in full compliance.
Holding hands together, while creating powerpoint slides, applauding on Zoom calls, writing super polite emails and stricly following all the compliance regulations.
All while always smiling, using the companyās current buzz words, and keeping a āpositive mindsetā at all times.
Also, always repackaging negative feedback in the most snowflake way LMAO.

Iām notā¦ tidy. Like I clean, yes we all have to in some form but I do absolutely hate it. I donāt have the mind for it like I start on something and it isnāt completed I start doing something else, Iām needed elsewhere etc.
Things need to tell ME they need to be done as I donāt really anticipate. Likeā¦ the towel
Hamper has to be full before I think about doing towels for instance.
To be clear Iām not disgusting, I donāt let things get out of hand with dirt lol Iām just notā¦ quick on the uptake. Iām pretty cluttered.
I just tried to find a āhome for my keysā because theyāre always just on the table and I watched this organizational video where the person in it said I needed to ācontain the clutterā with something.
So I put a dish right there in the midst of clutter (bubbles, hair bows, random recipe) and put my keys on it.
I literally just made more clutter and did it wrong Iām sure
