Should I remove my COnfidence sigil, SLR and Social MAster Tag?
Day 2 Done. Felt strong burning sensation in my centre that lasted maybe couple of minutes. Did not get it yesterday. Felt sensations in my face too. Kinda psychedelic.
I have been doing this everyday before going to bed at night. Somedays I feel strong sensation in my head, somedays in legs(left or right), somedays in palms(left or right). Can anybody explain this?
When you do this exercise, aren’t you channeling universal energy through your body and energy systems?
And aren’t your body and your energy systems dynamic systems, meaning that they are constantly changing, adapting and evolving?
And as they are constantly changing, adapting and evolving and as a result of this exercise, doesn’t it make sense that you would have different, changing areas where the energy you’re channeling flows more freely or less discernibly?
And aren’t you channeling universal Reiki energy, which has an intelligence to it, so that it knows when you have need of it in one area and less in another area?
What kind of explanation are you wanting from us?
So to make it short, it probably resolves certain things and you feel a different charge due blockages. When it’s removed you should feel the charge pretty coherent on every cell simultaneously.

I want to know why different location every time
Because we all have different layers to our energy systems and to our blocks and because we have different things that we need worked on all the time, because our bodies and our energy systems are dynamic and adaptive.
Can the exercise be done with the right hand facing up and the left hand facing down? Also why do i have to visualise the energy leaving my body? Thought the point was to absorb it.
Roughly/schematically summarized:
Left hand: feminine, receiver.
Right hand: masculine, giver.
That being said, also:
One example is the case of whirling dervishes who receive the blessings of God via the right hand (thus facing up) and then transmit them via the left (downwards), according to some principles related to Sufism and more broadly Islam.
It doesn’t leave completely but rather keeps circulating/coming back to you. You become a kind of node in the network of Universal Life Energy/Chi, so it’s an ever-continuing process.
Just done one am going to start being constant. Arms hurted and engery flowed through my arms although its hard to do the Solar plexus charge. Back of the head feels pressure and right now feels out sync?? Hard to explain
was about to skip this today because I was to tired. ironically this is the thing i need to wake me back up lol.
Just to summarize… we do this exercise and reach to the point we exhale and then… what? We visualize for some time, affirm for some time and that’s it? If so for how long? Are there any indications?
And all this might take like 5 minutes from what I understand correct? Because I tried this, this morning and it was like less than 5 minutes. I felt the rush, hold a big breath, affirmed, felt a bit energized for that time and some time after I ended it.
edit: I am wondering if there is any video previewing this. I am not sure if I am doing it correct on many different aspects. For example from intense breathing I feel pain in my chest diaphragm from the first like 5-10 breath cycles. Am I overdoing it?
If I remember correctly, when I was doing doing this exercice it took me 3-4 minutes approximately

Today marks 1 week I have been doing this exercise
The last three days the connection, the feeling, happens very fast. I can even stand like that anytime and feel the flow of what the diagram shows. If I close my eyes and say the affirmation it gets so bold as it is I have been doing the whole exercise with the breaths already.
I want to ask couple of things if someone can direct me.
- I feel the urge to do it more. My body-mind loves it. Is it ok if I do it like three, four times instead of just two/day?
- Is it ok if I just whenever I want put myself in that posture, breath normally and experience it?
Yap, go with the flow, always monitor how u feel and u will catch the issue arising before it becomes a problem.

And I’m asking you specifically this because weren’t you just telling us how energy practices were exhausting you? If that’s the case, you don’t want to overdo this and contribute to what you had been telling us in your other thread.

I feel very energized and with clear mind. The first 5 minutes I feel a bit light headed and then grounded for some reason.
I don’t feel this practice is using up my energy for something but charging me with extra energy. For example, just 50 minutes ago I did my 3rd for the day. Its 12.30am where I am. I was very tired and sleepy, ready to go to bed, just before doing the practice. However I thought, well I said I will test doing it 3 times a day now as I like it so lets do it. I didn’t have any resistance to do it. Oh well, I am woken up and ready to start another day. This will probably subside in a bit but for now I am buzzing for the last 50 minutes, full of energy, did some tomorrow chores and played with the dog until he couldn’t take it anymore

OK in the sense I am doing a practice I read on the forum and have very limited knowledge about it and I was instructed to do it twice a day with specific instructions. I don’t want to start doing my own mix of something. I trust my body-intuition but I thought it was wise to ask as there were fair warnings in that description saying it will knock me down and its intense. So far it has been the best energy practice I done and very smooth energy wise. I listen to other audios and do other energy work and I am knocked down emotionally and mentally for 1-3 days. With this I have kept going for a week which is awesome for my case and personal experience.
The breathing, however, is an important component to this exercise.
I’m keeping the 2-3 times a day standard practice and will be placing myself for 1 minute or two when I want in that posture as it feels really nice.
