Try do one thing at a time first as a practice session. Don’t rush anything. The visualization doesn’t need to be perfect, just as good as you can do (which will improve over time naturally).

That said, it surprises me that you say you hardly feel anything. This exercise can literally knock people out. Are you doing it correctly? Have you tried it with different speeds, i.e. slow or rapidly?

Let it all flow smoothly, don’t think this as a checklist of things to do to make it perfect, just make it as best as you possibly can. That’s always enough

I think I’m too focused on getting the intensity of the breath right while visualizing while saying the affirmations. It’s too many things to focus on plus my arms get tired easily. Like you said maybe just focusing on the breath and the affirmation for now is better while doing the best visualizing. I also think it’s because I’m unsure when to stop breathing intensely and holding my breath. Like what should I be feeling to know I’m ready for that part?

It should feel like you’re floating or dizzy but in a good sense.

It’s ok, if you don’t know that, just do it for X amount of times where X <= a number of your choosing (for example 50 or 100), or time it if you want.

The description says up to 144.

The affirmation comes after that, after you inhale and hold this breath. If it’s too complex, just say the affirmation once in your mind.

In the Spring Forest Qigong, there’s actually quite a similar affirmation.

The visualization should come to you really naturally, while you’re breathing. And the intensity you can do either by breathing slowly and deeply or rapidly

I haven’t been keeping up with the super saiyan training regimen so I know I have to start over. However I have been doing this exercise at least once a day. Today I felt the energy in my body intensely after showering and doing the exercise. Definitely will do at least one session after my shower.

Have u noticed anything, i just get very lightheaded and a bit of energy

Yea I felt that sort of lightheartedness and suddenly everything around me was brighter and more dense energy around me.

Finally tried it for the first time today and wow. Crazy crazy experience. I would describe it like Wim Hof breathing on steroids. I felt an immense surge of energy building up in my solar plexus and expanding to every single part of my body. The most impressive part was the leg vibrations and lightheadedness, very very intense. I started laughing euphorically because it’s so empowering, like you can do everything because you’re pure energy and nothing can stop you; I also felt a very deep cleanse and a bit of an emotional release because tears started flowing.
This is one of the most liberating and cool experiences I ever had and it only takes 5 minutes or so. Literal cheat code.

I find listening to the spirit bomb theme from dragonball z helps me to stick better at this and pumps me up as well. I imagine I’m like goku gathering energy from the environment.
It’s just great music in general

Should I be feeling something else?

I’ve been doing this exercise for a month now, twice a day; morning and evening. I’d breathe about 20x-30x before feeling a tingly physical sensation from my legs to my stomach. Then I’d take a deep breath (light-headedness starts here), hold it, say the affirmation, and try to ‘feel’ (imagine really) the energy going from my left to my solar plexus and out the right.

For a month long time I’ve felt the same way since I started. Assuming that my energetic body has improved, shouldn’t I be feeling extra stuff like chi, etc?

try increasing the amount of breaths…he said up to 144 breaths…he also mentioned, if youre doing fast breaths, try doing slower and deeper breaths…or vice versa

I might do that though 30x is already intense for me :sweat_smile:

I just found video exercise instructions for people who learn more visually, it will surely be easier to understand for some, although there are some variations but the star exercise is the same.

hi, i have done this meditation for 2 months already. frankly speaking, i’m not sure what good effects i have gained. if you could look into this for me, that’d be great.

I have read it but I’m unable to understand how this relates to my question about my meditation’s effects. I would require a deeper spiritual understanding but I’m not there yet.
