Thanks Calice :tulip:

For sure.

The most difficult part is to make it part of your regular/default programming. I’m trying to do that without using malleable ego, but I reckon, with the field, remembering to take a step down from the stage will grow much easier.

Whether it’s fields or just using the Language of the Birds for DIY effects, Discipline and Consistency are key. Quantum-to-micro level changes often go so unnoticed that most people give up too soon.

who has done this long term and what benefits have u all recieved?

Thank you so much. This is definitely a synchronicity for me

IIRC, the point is to channel from left hand to solar plexus, FILL the solar plexus, then use the solar plexus excess to fill the rest of the body, THEN out the right hand.

How many breaths should I take?
And how long should I feel the energy?
How many minutes should it take in total do star exercise?

Until you feel the energy or tingling. But I’d go for energy.

From when you start feeling the energy to where you are energized and can’t take no more (max limit-not recommended), from that moment onwards you’re supposed to hold your breath. So you feel the energy for as long as you’re breathing and then holding your breath.

You can keep feeling and running the energy if you want, after you are done, with normal breathing. But the exercise finishes when you stop holding your breath.

That would depend on how long it takes you to feel energy and how much you hold your breath.

I recommend having no expectations. Someone claimed to finish the challenge (twice a day for two months) with zero results.

So it is something that can have minor health benefits and give you energy since the beginning (you will feel it), but it may not go any further than that. Plenty of people are doing breathing exercises followed by cold showers which imo should make them somewhat energy sensitive and while many report health benefits, not many have gone on a spiritual quest afterwards.

Also, read the whole thread. But still, have no expectations. I don’t think that number of breaths or any other number or minor variation of the exercise is suddenly gonna give greater results.

If so, please recommend things that will help with the results.

I have no idea, to be honest. You can still just do it. I was just saying it’s better to have no expectations. But feel free to label that as pesimism and ignore it, get your own experience and conclusion.

I was hesitant to even post that, in case it would have this exact effect. Don’t be discouraged by me. Only you know your path.

I’d say if you pay a lot of attention to what you’re doing, stay committed and keep the intention strong, you’d have results, and maybe be guided to whatever is needed to make it effective.

Routines are horrible for awareness. We start just going though the motions and not paying attention, and miss the chance to improve.

Maybe a servitor or the beings called by the intercessions know what makes the exercise actually work and they can support your practice. Maybe they can make whatever upgrade is supposed to happen even by themselves…just some thoughts.

There are also plenty of fields that are automated energy work and give energy upgrades so you can work with them too, if you’re hesitant about the exercise now. But again, do what you feel called to.

I don’t have an answer on how to make sure this works :man_shrugging:

So I read about the exercise, and although I doubt my current schedule would allow me to do this regularly, I decided I would do it when I could, especially since I have been feeling weak these days. Correct me if I did something wrong (probably did since this was my first time); this is how I did it:

I stood in my room barefoot, about 2 feet apart, with my arms straight, with my left hand facing upwards and my right hand facing downwards. I started deep breathing from my stomach while closing my eyes and trying to visualize a purple energy coming into my body from my left hand, sort of making an orb near my plexus and being spread throughout my body, leaving through my right hand.

When my arms tired, I would lower and relax them as needed while still trying to visualize. I did it for a minute, or it felt like that, but I could feel energy in my jaw, chest, hand, arms, and legs, but not in my solar plexus. After it got a bit intense, I sat down on my bed in a lotus position with both palms relaxed on my knees facing upwards (should I have kept the right turned downward? ), and I believe it had been 4 minutes since I started when I checked the time on my laptop.

I started visualizing and affirming, “I am one with Universal Life Energy, it is flowing through me now, I feel it.” After a few seconds, my legs felt like something inside them was vibrating, sort of like when a leg falls asleep but without numbness. I did it until I could no longer feel much anywhere else except my legs.

I thought it might be excess energy not being able to move, so I stood up barefoot again on the floor, and it slowly went away. Now I got it four times in my legs while typing this, although these ones aren’t intense and stop when I move my leg a bit. Any idea why? I was also listening to Devic intercession while doing the exercise randomly so that might have something to do with it.

Anyways, I have felt similar sensations when I did half an hour of pranayama or meditation with deep breathing in the past, but I only really felt it in my chest and jaw, and it was less intense, with a bit of dizziness. With star exercise, there was no dizziness, and the energy felt stronger and lasted much longer.

Before I started, I felt weak and tired, and to give you an idea, just raising both arms made my heart pound for a while, whereas now I feel like I can run a marathon. Excited to do this more often.

Is the feeling of a vortex/vacuum suction just 3-4 inches above my navel normal? Because ever since, what I can only describe as an energetic waterfall, a week ago, my consistent experience with this has been like a slightly warm vacuum gets turned on in that spot by the 3rd or 4th breath.

Also, maybe related, when I do inward and outward belly breathing for a sunset meditation, it feels like there’s a pressure wave or a drop that enters a void in my stomach.

Nothing’s painful and I don’t feel any signs of overload but I can’t quite pinpoint what I’m feeling.
