Hi everyone I would like to know everyone’s expierence with the energetic alchemy videos… specifically “revision of trauma” “revision of childhood” & “revision of inner love” I’ve been listening to these for the past 4 days… I feel re traumatized and more irrtiable bc I’m thinking about my triggers more than usual. Is this normal? What results have you gotten from these videos?

Regarding your triggers, do you think it could stem from other fields or practices?
I never had issue with revision fields, except if I would use them in excess.
Regarding results, every revision field is extremely valuable in my opinion.
A year and a half ago I would meditate every night with alchemical revision of trauma for 15-20min.
I was in a bad place and I was at a stage where I had struggles functioning like a normal human being.
It didn’t fix everything, but after a few weeks of daily use, I genuinely felt it gifted me a second life.
I’m listening to alchemical revision of childhood, alchemical revision of trauma, archetype of parental love and few others and for the first few weeks/month I’ve been really happy and motivated but the traumas have been resurfacing lately and I’m also trying to ease these feelings. I’ve started procrastinating again, carrying out any tasks is overwhelming. I’ve been re-expereincing my traumas such as rejection and I’m having dreams about traumatic experiences. I think the ego is fighting hard to remain in the old patterns. I’ve been reading a lot on the forum about resistance in the path just few minutes ago and Sammy has many good advices. I encourage you to read the whole thread called “resistance in the path” (sorry I just don’t know how to link it here , I would be grateful if someone would tell me how to do it).
I always start playlists and they always are great for a month, and then my ego and Subconscious are trying to sabotage me but from reading a lot in the forum It seems that almost everyone experiences that and you just need to push through and work through these uneasy feelings.
Sammy also mentions in the thread I’ve recommended that when these feelings, thoughts and patterns resurface, it means they’re about to dissolve so let’s keep it up !
Something I would very recommend much as well, for you too @Jujumarie, is also to add a bit of brain fields to your healing.
It is now well known that trauma (whether classic, or complex) induces brain damages.
I personally had to rebuild a lot of my prefrontal cortex (Attention and Focus or Outlook Retrainer), to which I would also recommend enhanced brain hemisphere and PTSD Help (or Stress & Anxiety and Emotional Dampener if you have the means)
Keep going. It’s a painful but necessary process.
Just think that, without fields, there is a high chance you would just remain traumatized. Most people in the world are.
You have all the instruments to speed up the process and heal.
I would suggest to use JaaJ self love stack in all its stages, because you need balance between trauma healing and increasing self love.
Use internal alchemical crucible and emotional release if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
I also recommend PTSD help, outlook retrainer and depression begone. As @Borisju said, healing your brain is just as important
Sammy himself said that when those feelings pop up, it’s the best time to accept them and let go. You can read both subconscious limits removal and malleable ego thread to gain more insights.
