YK11 or Induced Follistatin?

Right now as of lately I’ve been using the YouTube audio by Sapien: “Extreme muscle growth simulation” and it’s been going well.

I know that audio already decreased myostatin levels in the skeletal muscles.

So is it still necessary to add YK11/ Induced Follistatin?
If Ihad to pick from the two: yk1 or Induced Follistatin to muscle?

I need help making a FREE AUDIOS stack that maximizes muscle growth and fat loss simultaneously.

This is more along a natural occurance in your body. I’d go for this.

Alright, so daily now I’m running:

4x Extreme Muscle Growth Stimulation
4x Induced Follistatin to Muscle

(In total. I split this into 2 sessions)

If I’m aiming to be efficient with time and also maximize muscle growth plus fat loss, is this stack fine?

This is a start but yes its good.

Recovery is also important
