(Don’t stop the exercise to wipe away snot tho. Just wipe up after the rush of energy dissipates.)

first week I hated this exercise because I got the same sort of feeling as when sea water goes up your sinuses, or something similar. And like a nerve from the top of my head down the back of the skull was “hurting” due to the breathing.
That sensation was gone after about 5 days (of doing it multiple times per day)
