Blocked nose

I always seem to have a blocked nose and a stuffy nose but it will only happen in the night when I try to sleep. I have tired using the sinus audio it used to help a bit but I feel like this could be from hey fever is there anything that could help me ?

I clean my room and try my best to get rid of any house dust but nothing seems to help and day after day my nose is blocked and I have to much trouble with it . If anyone could suggest an audio.

This only occurs in the night . And in the day time my nose is perfectly fine . And I nose breath through out the day . Is there any audio maybe I can play in my room to keep the air clean . Or an audio which can help me with my airway not being inflated

Can this be from virus or could it be weak immune system? . Am looking for an audio to help thank you very much

I suggest getting a new pillow to see if it helps, since it only happens when u try to sleep.
“This only occurs in the night”

Over time, pillows can accumulate sweat, oils from your skin, dust mites, and other allergens. This can lead to skin irritations and allergies.

This can be indicative of sleep apnea. Incline pillow or raising a bed so that head is higher can help, angle should be noticeable.

Hi @whoever

try this :

This two fields for help to Enhanced the blood circulation :

Maybe the humidity in your room, dry air, is impacting your nasal breathing.

The change in blood pressure when you lie down can cause the blood vessels in your nasal passages to swell.

Test this during the day by lying down on your bed (or another place) and see if it happens again.
