Nitric Oxide Boost

When you listen to this, It works towards increasing the production and effect of nitric oxide in your body. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of your blood vessels, causing the vessels to widen. Bodybuilders and health conscious people will recognize the benefits of this, this is what gives you the ‘pump’ during workouts. Use as needed. more than 3 or 4 wont really be effective per day, but that’s up to you.

Question I’m trying to lower histamine and I read NO can help. Is this like a NO supplement, or does it have our body produce it through histamine increase? I’m reading histamine releases NO but somehow if you add in NO through a supplement it will reduce histamine so I’m confused right now basically. Anyone who can shed light I would appreciate it  @SilverZuzu ?

I dont have an answer for u in regards to N.O. Ive never used it physically or the audio.

I work on this mostly with avoidance of triggering foods (unfortunate for me they are for the most part considered healthy and I like most of them) . I also try to avoid being in stressful situations for a prolonged time. I also avoid, other triggers for me, heat, humidity, sunlight as much as I can. When I am having a flare (like I am having now) I also use my OTC medication. I increase my daily Vitamin C dosage (natural anti-histamine) and listen to the audio most often. I also listen to other SM audio for anti-inflammation and to increase anti-oxidant levels.

I am aware there are supplements.
I know there is an Dr. Ron’s Ultra Pure Kidney supplement (Freeze dried) from antibiotic fee, grass fed and grass finished animals that is supposed to help. by increasing DAO which is an enzyme supposed to help decrease histamine levels. Ive not used it yet, but it is a good company and they make good products I have used. (I have no affiliation with this company, BTW)

Nitric oxide (NO) plays several important roles in the human body, and its benefits are particularly notable for men due to its effects on various aspects of health and wellness. Here are some key benefits of nitric oxide:

  1. Vasodilation: Nitric oxide acts as a vasodilator, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of blood vessels, causing them to widen. This dilation improves blood flow throughout the body, including to the muscles and vital organs. Improved blood flow can enhance athletic performance, muscle pump during workouts, and overall cardiovascular health.

  2. Erectile function: Nitric oxide is essential for achieving and maintaining an erection. It relaxes the smooth muscles in the penis, allowing blood to flow into the erectile tissue, resulting in an erection. Medications like Viagra work by enhancing the effects of nitric oxide.

  3. Blood pressure regulation: By dilating blood vessels, nitric oxide helps regulate blood pressure. It can lower high blood pressure by allowing blood to flow more easily through widened vessels, reducing the strain on the heart.

  4. Exercise performance: Increased blood flow facilitated by nitric oxide can improve exercise performance by delivering more oxygen and nutrients to working muscles. This may result in enhanced endurance, strength, and recovery.

  5. Immune function: Nitric oxide plays a role in the immune system by helping to fight off bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. It acts as a signaling molecule for immune cells, aiding in their response to infections and inflammation.

  6. Neurotransmission: In the nervous system, nitric oxide serves as a neurotransmitter, facilitating communication between nerve cells. It plays a role in various brain functions, including learning, memory, and mood regulation.

  7. Wound healing: Nitric oxide is involved in the process of wound healing by promoting blood flow to the injured area and stimulating the production of collagen, a protein essential for tissue repair.

  8. Antioxidant properties: Nitric oxide has antioxidant effects, helping to neutralize harmful free radicals in the body. This can reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, which are implicated in various chronic diseases.

It’s important to note that while nitric oxide offers many benefits, excessive production or inadequate regulation of NO levels can lead to health problems. Consultation with a healthcare professional is advised before starting any new supplement regimen or making significant changes to your lifestyle, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

Could this help someone with low blood pressure or would it lower it even more?

Whats a good blood pressure regulator?

This is not medical advice. It’s just my opinion.

Talk to your doctor.

IMO, Nitric oxide would lower blood pressure. Staying hydrated (with sufficient electrolytes) would raise/ blood pressure by increasing blood serum volume. But there’s a limit to what fluids can do and you can actually take on too much fluid. It’s a tricky subject. So talk to a doctor.
