I’ve been using the stomach shrinking audio (+enhanced fat metabolism) three times per day for about 2 weeks… Still having the flabby tummy How long would you go for until you see results?

Losing weight with these audios is best supplemented with healthy diets and exercise. It would accelerate the way they work a lot faster. But let’s try this. This is a bit different and I’d love if you keep me updated. It’s a bit more intensive than other playlists but you’ll clearly see why.

Morning: After eating breakfast - Super Metabolism. (if you can fit in one more, Thermogenic or fat burning genetic)

Afternoon: Before night - Automated workout, Cardio, Stomach Shrinking. (do this 3 days in a row, take a break one day, then the next 2 days do the same. then a day break. Then 3 days, and on and on._

At Night: After Dinner - Metabolism, Thermogenic, Fat Burning genetic.

Diet, please? I suck at that

heh. Like many things on this forum, my take would be considered “controversial” ie…not extreme enough…so my take…if you’re young enough…just eat normally.
Let the SARMs do all the work.

I will say, Hormones balance/configuration trumps diet all day every day but diet can affect those hormones so…
I’ll yield the floor to someone else…

Edit: The Core Strengthening field in @Maoshan_Wanderer’s post may be of help to you as it increases insulin sensitivity in the area (via Rev-erb).

It also builds muscle and induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) in the fat cells in that area, which can be of help with body recomposition.

(in addition to the Stomach Shrinking field you are listening to and other fields suggested above)
