Losing weight with these audios is best supplemented with healthy diets and exercise. It would accelerate the way they work a lot faster. But let’s try this. This is a bit different and I’d love if you keep me updated. It’s a bit more intensive than other playlists but you’ll clearly see why.
Morning: After eating breakfast - Super Metabolism. (if you can fit in one more, Thermogenic or fat burning genetic)
Afternoon: Before night - Automated workout, Cardio, Stomach Shrinking. (do this 3 days in a row, take a break one day, then the next 2 days do the same. then a day break. Then 3 days, and on and on._
