HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training with Contrast Hydrotherapy

Hi greats humans being, hope you’re good :sunny:

I’m interested in both this one and the “Ice cold Therapy” and was wondering if the contrast hydrotherapy aspect of this one can replace the other ?

Thank you

They are very different. Here contrast hydrotherapy is a component of an athletic field in one file,
It really depends on what you are looking for. If you need, want more cold therapy here it’s just as an addition.
Also contrast hydro is slightly different than cold water . Cold water therapy it’s awesome routine on it’s own.
It’s here in this field also but not as a leading theme.

they are both very different . Cold water therapy is my favorite practice , i did it almost every day.
I skipped for a while and my immunity got worse .

I think it’s great self care practice both physical and the field .

I started to use it recently.
I had to preprare its very potent.
My results after 2 weeks.and few days
-I have better muslce definition ( minor but i just started)

  • i can walk long distance without getting tired, breath problems
  • i find it easier to get up and get my shit together
  • i think my immune system is getting back on track. I was the only person who didn’t catch cold at office and i was very prone to ilnees lately.

I get more hungry
Balancead diet is very important with sport fields or “regular” sports
:orange_heart::heart::purple_heart:

for those using this, how’s your flexibility?

My legs got bigger, the most shocking are my calves, they got really huge out of nowhere. I’m leaner and developed a really strong core and back.

To answer you, yes it totally work, one of my shoulder was less flexible than the other one, it seemed “blocked” past a certain degree. Now it has the same flexibility as the other one and both can reach further spots.

The undeniable is my feets flexibility, it was so rigid that it was impossible to do asian squat, my feets couldn’t be totally flat on the ground on the same time while doing the squat. Now I can do it with zero problem and it’s even confortable holding the position, I have the strenght and the flexibility to do it. Before it was literally hurting and I was sore very fast.

How many loops do you do?

I don’t listen to this one a lot, 2-3 times every other day but sometimes it can be longer as it’s not my priority at the moment. I treat it like an actual workout field.

ah, I’ve been feeling/suspecting that since I started focusing on fat burn… (not this field)
I wonder if The Lymphatic Effusion+ or anything like that will help. I’ll give it a try now.

It is a good idea to use it. It will facilitate the circulation of metabolic waste and then its evacuation.

Nitric Oxide boost + Three purifier + The lymphatic effusion :ok_hand:
