This can always be helpful too which hasn’t been mentioned…

After dear Jen, I too have a fever, today is the second day. I went to bed with a pretty high fever after taking an Ibuprofen pill and woke up without a fever, but by lunchtime it started to come back up again.
I took a 500 vitamin C supplement pill yesterday and same this morning around breakfast.
Suggestions are welcome, thanks.
