Listening guidelines

@gpo excuse me, but why are dopamine and endorphins important for productivity? :slightly_smiling_face:

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter involved with pleasure, motivation and reward.
It may be tied to success as well, according to this article.

The Productivity Enhanced item increases dopamine levels. It is a combination of the old Stop Procrastination (increases dopamine) and Efficiency fields. Laziness may be because of low dopamine levels.

The old Alertness item increased Endorphins to allow one to work harder and feel happier. So I thought I would put that in the hypothetical Productivity stack because it was in that item as well.

That would be OP as hell

I noticed you recommend Down Syndrome Field quite a lot, even on my thread. I am really curious, why is that?

Angelic vibrations

I’m hoping samual or dreamweaver could answer this or anyone who knows the answer!
The angelic vibrations audio is really effective at burning negative energy and I like the energy in general!

I have two questions about it though

1). If it becomes permanent does that mean we will go the angel realms when we die and would we end up becoming angels when we die? (I kind of want to stay being human in nature)

2). If we want to gain the benefits of the audio but don’t want it to become permanent over time what are the guidelines. Will listening just a few times be ok or even a few times then take a break every month or so etc?

I hope these questions don’t seem stupid!

Is Down Sindrom good to listen if we want to enchant or improve our cognitive functions even if we are healthy person? Can we include it in brain stack for increasing IQ or for what can we more use this field? What are benefits?

What’s the best way to listen while sleeping? I have speakers in room playing a field. Does the volume have to be loud. I set it loud enough to hear it. When I wake up I don’t feel any different.

I usually play it on loop while I sleep. From my I phone and it works fine. I do keep the phone next to me though!

the speakers are aimed right at my bed and a couple feet away. How high do you have the volume?

Not too loud at all. I play it soft so I can sleep!

I’m sorry if this post is off-topic.

The Down Syndrome audio blocks the production of PKR (Protein kinase R) in hippocampal cells. PKR activates the ISR (Integrated stress reponse) which decreases protein production in the hippocampus.

The hippocampus is involved in learning and long-term memory formation. It is also involved in prediction and imagination.

A few studies on healthy mice show that inhibiton of PKR resulted in enhanced long-term memory and synaptic plasticity. For more information, please read this article.

Therefore, because mouse study results do not always mean the same results in humans, the Down Syndrome audio might improve cognitive functions.

How many times are we supposed to listen to a stack a day?

They are only hypothetical, theoretical stacks and more like categories for the audios, the audios are listed in the order in which they should work best. Some audios have a recommended amount of times in their descriptions to listen per day. Some can be listened to as often as needed.

Most people probably would not have the time to listen to a stack in one day, and listening to all the audios in a stack may overwhelm the body. The limits for the amount of audios to listen to per day are subjective.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Please keep in mind these are just theoretical stacks, more like categories for the audios and listening to the audios in a stack might or might not give results.

The total length of time of the Sleep Stack is about 1hr (not including Sweet Dreams). So if you want to listen to all of the audios, start at about 8pm.

Listen to the Lucid Dreaming audio only if you want more vivid dreams and potentially lucid dreams.
Theta Brainwave State is to help get into a meditative state and may give you lucid dreams as well.
Sweet Dreams is for use while sleeping, if you want to listen to it.
The most important audio to help you get to sleep is Melatonin Production, so if you don’t have time to listen to all, just listen to this one once or twice.
