I would assume that it is upgrade to the old chakra audios both in terms of shorter length and more power. One question: Can we listen to all these audios in one single day? One run would be about 21 minutes only.
I have been listening to the old chakra series but was never able to listen to all in one day. I developed a headache whenever I tried to listen to all in one day. I then made a schedule of one chakra per month.

Backing up Sammy - Those new chakra fields are very powerful.
I have been working for the last few days with Heart Throbbing, and it’s helped me worked on a deep heartache I haven’t been able to process well for the last two years.
Whatever the work I would put into it, this would barely move forward.
But now it does, and this is very freeing.
Don’t know if this is a belief, but I also feel that once purchased the field is slightly more powerful than the 30sec previews.

I meditate with all fields that feel important for my current growth.
Things that I need to process naturally come up.
Then I couple journaling with part works to integrate those unintegrated parts of myself.
If you are new to it, you can start with the Ego Dissolution Meditation (with or without the field), experiment and create your own process.
I’ll most likely write an article about part works in upcoming weeks/months, but it does not feel it is time right now.

So what’s the difference between song of the core and solar plexus? Is the core one not affecting the chakra and instead working in a different energy center below the solar plexus?
