Hello everyone. Didn’t expect to come back so quick … But im really struggling right now.
So to quick recap. I’m diagnosed with pinched nerve. That affecting my right shoulder. Not sure why it’s even in the shoulder. I didn’t quite trust the doctor either…but this has bring me down so much. That every time I tried to go somewhere. I need to take painkiller to numb my shoulder. The pain be so painful. This only happen when I drive motorcycle… And that’s the only thing I can use to go anywhere but now I can’t use it… I been homebound for almost 2 months.And I’m falling into deep depression. Because I can’t really do anything but worrying about the pain will come back again. :(
Few months back. I was injured my legs. Because of my plantar strained. I told the doctor that I was jogging every day with sandals. And it was the reason why I injured myself. But can this also the reason why my shoulder is affected?
My point. What kind of field that helps with my condition?

I don’t think it’s negativity tbh. I mean I deal with them all the time by observing people energy. Not that I intentionally do it but it’s just there. Like I’m too sensitive.
But when my body jiggle. You know when driving motorcycle. Especially when you hit road bumps… That hard jiggle…and all my fat around my shoulder really hurt. But this only if I drive motorcycle. Either it’s muscular issue or maybe I’m too fat! But thank you for the field recommendation
Ya I feel like this is postural. Because ever since I got xbox. I bend myself a lot and become more fat. Bad posture. Really need to stay away from it! And all of the body symmetry fields. I been using it. It’s in my playlist. But I think this is still muscular issue. Maybe I strained my muscle. But I never know muscle strain can lasts for months
if you want you could also try topic arnica, as a cream. it heals trauma in the body from injuries. just never put on open skin. it took also care of my stomach muscles when i started pilates, and more. i didn’t know about fields then, but as a supplement it could help.

I pinched a nerve in my neck last summer from using a computer at a desk that was too high for me and not ergonomic. Do you sometimes get any numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain in your right hand or arm?
I was able to self-diagnose it for myself because besides the bad neck/shoulder pain, I was getting slight tingling and a tiny bit of weakness in my pinky which correlated to a pinched ulnar nerve.
