@Alkul and who else might know, How should one breathe while Kundalini rising (in meditation, I suppose) (I donāt know that much)? ā please :)
The only ātechniqueā I am more accustomed to is this:
where you basically give attention to various areas inside the body, from top to lower dantien, while incrementally including the whole body in your attention surface ā and letting the breath and the body settle by itself, no controlling (I figured Iād first learn this, as I was doubting that I was doing other techniques properly). I think I once discovered Hakuinās Egg as a result (and Iāve always wondered if this might also include an energy field, at least Damo, as his voice triggers things), among various otherā¦ things

I donāt think there is a wrong or a right way. Trust your intuition on which source to follow and try what it tells you to do.

All of these names and labels are just for show. They dileneat observations.
What you really should attempt doing is understand what the people who came up with these names and ideas were intending to do, and what they were observing.
I, personally, have not practiced formal kaballah, magick, or anything of the sort, as of yet. I have the material, never felt a genuine push to read it. I read excerpts from the Corpus Hermeticum and it proved pertinent at the time, didnāt finish the book. I read portions of Bardonās Initiation into Hermetics, and it proved pertinent at the timeā¦ yet to finish the book.
My progress, I attribute mainly, to having faith in, and showing devotion to, God.
I, myself, have no clue what powers I have, and what knowledge I possessā¦ or if I am sharing this vessel with something else or not.
What I do know, is the harder I am pushed, the more I feel a force step in to help me overcome whatever lies ahead. Of my own self I can do nothing.
