Energy has been likened to a wind. Many people consider it to be similar to wind because it is usualy only seen indirectly. And, when felt, it is typically felt the same way that a breeze can be felt on skin.
Many people donāt extend that thought further to think of things like sand dunes. In the same way that a breeze can move grains of sand, the subtle energy is able to move around the particles of dense matter that form the body and the rest of the world.
It is an indirect effect, but it causes structures to form and shift the same way sand dunes form. In a similar way, peopleās hands donāt deteriorate when their knuckles crack. If the energy is healthy, the materials that make the peripherals of the bone and joint will circulate and be replaced elsewhere.
