For a long time I hadn’t listened to abs workout fields. I decided that yesterday was the time.

In the evening I put on loop the following:

Core strengthening
Stomach shrinking
Belly burn
Belly burner from Novo Frivolous

Just put on loop these four and nearby or in my pocket on low volume.

Eventually I felt tired after probably about one and a half hours and then decided to stop the mini stack.

Second day morning either I’m hallucinating but my stomach looks smaller. Then, only later in the morning I noticed that my abs felt sore :boom:. So I might give myself a rest day before the next loop. Or push through.

Anyways pretty cool result.
