Spirethion Max (Frontier Series)

I did 3 times and felt immediate result, watched some TV and then did 3 more times and watched some more TV.

Before going to sleep I decided to do 30 minutes meditation while listening to Spirethion which is 12 times.

And now that’s my listening time, 30 minutes in the morning while doing meditation.

More results, woke up without checking the phone, did 30 minutes meditation.

After the meditation I ate some food which tasted better than usual and instead of watching TV I just talked with my mom for a good 30-40 minutes, didn’t talk much I did mostly the listening but I was actually interested in what she told me.

Thanks @Orel !
I really appreciate the details about usage and such.

Well, it’s been almost a month, and it seems the users are still quite happy.
Sorry to treat you like a lab subject, but I’ll wait for another month and then probably join the herd.
This is a tough one!

i must say, this ice coffee is pretty damn delicious and i’ve woken up in a good, stable mood these past two days.

expecting immediate drive to get tasks done was probably the wrong way to think. i still need to weed out these unproductive habits, the benefit being a smoother transition.

how resensitisation can bring to light some previously hidden psychological truths

The process of neurotransmitter detox and resensitization can indeed lead individuals to face difficult psychological truths. This phenomenon is often observed in both clinical settings and personal accounts. Here’s how this might occur:

  1. Removal of chemical coping mechanisms:

    • Substances often serve as a way to numb or avoid uncomfortable emotions and thoughts
    • When these are removed, suppressed psychological issues may surface
  2. Increased emotional sensitivity:

    • As the brain recalibrates, emotions can become more intense and harder to ignore
    • This may bring repressed traumas or unresolved conflicts to the forefront
  3. Clarity of thought:

    • As cognitive function improves, individuals may gain new insights into their behavior patterns and life choices
    • This can lead to confronting the consequences of past actions more directly
  4. Identity reassessment:

    • Many individuals build their identity around substance use or addictive behaviors
    • Detox can force a reevaluation of self-concept and core values
  5. Relationship dynamics:

    • Improved emotional processing may highlight issues in personal relationships
    • This can lead to recognizing codependency or other unhealthy patterns
  6. Confronting root causes:

    • Without the mask of substance use, underlying mental health issues may become more apparent
    • This could include recognizing depression, anxiety, or other conditions that were self-medicated
  7. Guilt and shame processing:

    • As the fog lifts, individuals might face guilt over past behaviors or choices
    • This can be painful but also catalyze personal growth and amends-making
  8. Existential questions:

    • The process may prompt deeper questions about life purpose and meaning
    • This can be both liberating and challenging as old beliefs are questioned
  9. Recognizing patterns of avoidance:

    • Increased self-awareness may reveal habitual ways of avoiding responsibility or difficult emotions
    • This recognition can be uncomfortable but is often necessary for personal growth
  10. Facing fears and insecurities:

    • Without chemical buffers, core fears and insecurities may become more pronounced
    • This can be an opportunity for addressing and working through these issues
  11. Reassessing life goals:

    • Improved cognitive function and emotional processing may lead to a reevaluation of life goals and priorities
    • This can be destabilizing but also opens up new possibilities
  12. Confronting unmet needs:

    • The detox process may reveal underlying needs that were masked by substance use
    • This can be challenging but also guide healthier ways of meeting these needs

It’s important to note that while facing these “hard truths” can be difficult and sometimes painful, it’s often a crucial part of the healing and growth process. Many individuals report that this confrontation with reality, though challenging, is ultimately liberating and essential for lasting change.

Dear ~30 days users, I hope you don’t mind me tagging you to see if there’s more you want to share with us. :))

@Jarrah , @mossyeyes , @Replay , @JAAJ , @Seb96 , @Clover, @Gnosticmedic27 , @Enes , @Mouldytea , @music,

I just went through the thread from OP to ~25 days ago, and noted your names.
Please be brutally honest if you would be so kind to share more about your journey.

PS: I think it may help to evaluate things from multiple angles. Like going beyond how you feel emotionally. Has there been any increase or decline in objective productivity, health, or other life aspects?

PS2: I could not tag abro , LotusPanda888 , LeGreatness because my post reached the limit of 10 mentions : ))

Productivity is up. Work–>Play–>Work transitions are more efficient. I usually listen it a couple times, sometimes more, but I’ve missed days, and it wasn’t like entropy was on the loose.

Health. No real changes, but I’m in fairly good health.

Other things. I feel less rushed. My news intake has been reduced. Overall, it’s stabilizing for me. Reduces FOMO. Gives more control.

Yo!

For sure would be my pleasure to share my experience,

First off I would like to point out that I stopped spamming it because I don’t want to be the guy who is just high on everything, but here are the things that I have noticed from my personal experience.

  1. Everything seems more enjoyable, remember when you were a kid and you used to not need your phone or ipad to keep you occupied? That’s how I feel, now I can go hours without electronics just enjoying life in general, hope that makes sense.

  2. Addictions are still there, in my experience I didn’t feel that it was easier to quit your bad habits ngl, doc said that there will be a field for that coming soon, but what I have noticed is that they became more enjoyable BUT you can still be productive after, so these bad habits do not hinder your life at all. Your focus also increases a lot.

  3. You enjoy the moment more, when I go out with my friends I feel like I am in a high. Things that used to be mundane are so fun now.

  4. More energy, in general I have much more energy to do things that I am supposed to do which is amazing.

  5. Now even the simplest things are funny to me lol. Sitting with my parents without my cell phone feels amazing, sightseeing feels so good as well. You really do get your child like wonder back.

This is just my personal experience, I have not noticed that stimulants hit harder, maybe they have but it’s subtle, things like nicotine or caffeine feel the same. But all in all, this field is very worth it, and I would recommend it to anyone, just the fact that your brain is not fried anymore is such a blessing.

Nice summary I like it.

Do you also have a need to read books?

Yea actually, non fiction books seem much less tiring and more enjoyable.

I read self improvement and business/marketing books mostly, this field has definitely helped.

This field is probably the best thing since sliced bread.

And for addictions we still have

Nice suggestion thank you, but they don’t hinder me as much tbh, my stack is long so it’s not a priority. I am a class A functioning addict lol.

My addictions are not that bad, if you have severe addictions then yea I would say you need extreme measures to stop them, but for nicotine and caffeine then this field is enough.
