This is very powerful, to be used mainly when you are under stress and anxiety, because if you listen when you are well, perhaps more than 2-3 times it can be overwhelming. In short, not to be used as a preventative. In all other cases the new Supreme Grounding + should be the solution, then the first feedback says that it is wonderful.
I understand that it can be very intense for some, you should be careful and maybe only listen a couple of times.
But it is definitely meant to be used proactively for permanent results before getting in stressful situations.
