Nah you didn’t offend me at all mate, your concern was really on point there to be honest with you. I am just mad at times because me myself try to find solutions fast,

like instantly, when others are spitting words like it’s nothing. Telling this is the truth or that it’s the truth but really down to all that I am mad because I am getting just an opinion and not the one I need but the one that the other person wants me to have (?) (wtf even saying it sounds dirty)

So no, you are fine man, maybe I should stop hanging out with people or communicate with persons I don’t like afterall. Maybe I will stop being angry too, who knows :stuck_out_tongue:

I mean, if it was deemed worthy enough to be included in the description… it sounds official.

What I also would like to know is how long should the break be – best guess is to monitor BP to know when to take a break & also when one can restart? Experiment until one finds the right balance.

I have it since 9th of August, I listen to the field 3x a day but never had a problem with BP.
