I already do this, although I also use it with headphones depending on the context, which should be fine.

Just put it at a volume right over zero (+1) and the field will work (and you’ll barely hear it). Nobody is going to make silent versions of all the fields for you…

Yes, I totally agree on this. Low volume works very well. People should stop listening to some random subliminal “guru” because they don’t even know about energies but keep on misleading people in this topic to use headphones etc.

So everyone, better use it on speakers. So it can affect your whole body and system. Your aura. Using headphones and earphones makes you only accumulate everything in your head and I personally think this only leads to much more listeners fatigue and worse/no results.

Well in the FAQ it’s written both ways should work. Several people have reported the music of some of the fields was annoying or became annoying through looping. So it’s not like it would be just for me. Anyways, doesn’t matter, I use it as is and so does everyone.

I’ve been listening on low volume most of the time, 10-20 times + per day for a while, and in any case I started using the field more than 5 weeks ago. I use :

Manliness x10-20
negentropic jing x1
maybe ojas x1
I don’t notice any of the crazy things people have reported, like impressive physical effects, constant boners, low voice etc… I may soon switch to something else out of curiosity.

I listen almost exclusively with earphones, however, recognizing that listening from speakers is more complete, I do not believe at all that listening from earphones leads to worse results or even no results
at all.

I agree with you on this one even though both works speakers is the necessary choice to avoid energy build up in the head. I’ve suffered from that many times and it nullifies the feeling of all feels for me. Took me using PBOY and manually clearing energies out of my head for 6ths to actually get my normal energetic sensitivity back.

But this was after months of neglect. But if I were to listen to fields with earphones I’d would advise to run PBOY at the end of the day every day.

No I don’t have those. I mostly listen through speakers anyway. I also don’t feel any particular bad effects. Just not much effect at all.

I never read about Jing decreasing boners or decreasing unwanted sex drive, quite the opposite if anything.

I think there’s quite a bit of intense placebo effect for some posters with this field, especially among those who report amazing effects / drastic changes after one day (and don’t update after a few months). They read the description and the sales pitch makes their peepee hard and their muscles expand lol.

Anyways, I’ll experiment some more. Maybe I’ll try soul core restoration.

Another perspective could be that, especially for men, we like to hone in and focus on goals, not having the need to update results all the time.

I still use it daily with great results. I know of many other users who have insane results.

Is it even a sales pitch when the description lists factual statements?

I continue to have results as well. Better body composition, deeper voice, wider torso, more strength…

Oh yeah this field definitely delivers. The magic of it really comes in when you pair this field with healthy lifestyle practices, especially weight lifting for exercise.

Habits matter too. You can easily lower testosterone with bad eating habits, poor sleep quality, lack of physical activity, etc.

I have been playing this field for the last 5 days. Started with 3 listens and moves up to 5 as of today. This field feels very potent, but I have been a little physically tired since i started using it. Yesterday i was barely able to keep my eyes open at 9pm. Slept for 10 hours that night. This is the first brain field that I have ever used and I am not sure if I am fully integrating it, so perhaps i need time to get used to it. My sleep and diet is good and I workout regularly. So can anyone make some recommendations on how to get my energy up perhaps with fields or should I just push through it until i get used to the field?
