Ultimate Reiki - Star Exercise Meditation

As it was stated at the beginning by choosing to perform this exercise, you do it at your own risk and danger with a disclaimer. So the question is this: if it is potentially dangerous why is this exercise performed? I don’t think the disclaimer was put there by chance, I think instead that the risk of energy overload is real, also because I don’t seem to have seen in the routine a procedure for the discharge of excess energy.

Yes, the author put that there, just like any disclaimer, to prevent lawsuits from people who …like to sue.

As I said above, I have done this exercise a looooong time and a few times the energy has been so great that it has caused me to faint.

One time, like 20 years ago, it was during a break at work to get more energy . I passed out and only awakened when some managers came looking for me to see where I was. :joy:

Another time was at home, and I felt myself fainting.
My guides gave me enough “consciousness” to fall into my bed, but I remember waking up several hours later not knowing where I was or how I got there.

The general advice is to not do the exercise close to something that is going to hurt if you knock yourself out and fall awkwardly.
No one I know has fallen and hurt themselves (there’s seems to be some “divine intervention” to prevent that)
But this (overloading to the point of fainting) rarely happens…but it is a possibility.

This is normal and fine. Just place your arms down and continue to let the energies flow through you.

@uial said it better and more eloquently than I would have.
Consider this exercise a wonderful supplement and complement to the Ascension or Vibes fields.
They are doing the same things but in a different manner.

It can be, but I prefer traditional meditation like the Twin Heart Meditation; it is equally powerful, it increases spiritually, raises vibrations and can heal and strengthen the whole body.

okie dokie. Then use those. Be well.

Really love the exercise, especially practicing it barefoot in nature. Still struggle visualizing the flow of energy, while doing the fast breaths.

But even without the additional visualization, I can always feel the flow of energy through my arms.

It’s scary how good this exercise works for manifestations. Started with simple wealth affirmations and two times, out of the blue, people gifted me money.

Attract answers to questions I have, even without focusing on them. This was extremely noticeable in the beginning on re-start days, when I skipped the day before.

Became a bit apprehensive about material manifestations though. After reading Children of the Law of One, I decided to leave these to Dream’s fields and use the Star exercise for internal manifestations.

The last couple of days I tried to improve the connection to my Higher Self, which kinda worked, but nothing noteworthy yet.

Today I used mantras to make myself more aware of my ego and ego patterns. Worked like charm. Constantly caught my Ego BS.

Ok I hope I wasn’t rude, thanks for the replies.

I just started the exercise today. I didn’t feel much the first time. So took a short break and tried again. After 1 to 2 minutes, there was a energy rush to my head, made me light headed.
Good thing I was in my bedroom, had to lay down for a few minutes. But the feeling of energy felt soo good. It was euphoric.

Now I’m thinking why I didn’t start this earlier.

Will keep you guys posted

Can you explain why though?

lol I’ll jump in here real quick.
Best to read the book yourself…
but let’s just say there are some “ethical” considerations within the book that from previous conversations in this forum, most people here aren’t quite ready to deal with yet.

Let’s just keep this thread focused on the exercise tho, if we can.

What is it about increasing fields that people keep talking about in this forum? How do I do that?

Hi @LordeShadow, welcome to the forum! :slightly_smiling_face:

The detailed post by @_OM in the topic below discusses boosting fields:

It may help explain how the process works, and important things to consider before boosting a field.

You may wish to ask in that topic or create a new topic, if you have any questions after reading about it, so that others can find your questions more easily.

Has anyone heard of and practiced Mewing? Basically, instead of resting your tongue at the bottom of your mouth, it should stay at the top while you do a chin tuck permanently. When you make the ‘‘ing’’ sound, pay attention to where your tongue is, that’s where it should be.

While most most people do this to get higher cheekbones and more attractive face, the other benefits are better breathing and straight head and body posture. Here’s a good video on it… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WphZD3Mr2RU

Anyways, the point of my post; since starting this few days ago, I noticed that I’m breathing much better for the Star Exercise and I’m reaching the end point a lot quicker [I was getting to around breath 30 when I need to stop, now it’s close to 20] and the energy is way stronger.

Yes! excellent testimonial and observation!

Yes, is it best for the tongue to be pressed to the roof of the mouth.

Again there are physical benefits - “higher cheekbones, more attractive face, removes double chins, more attractive jawlines, better breathing”, etc

And also spiritual benefits - connecting the energy pathways to create the “loop” used in completing the microcosmic orbit

Hey bro do I have to be outside? I don’t want people in my neighbor hood seeing my stand outside doing this particular exercise lol

Do I have to be barefoot? And do I have to be on grass?

I’m doing them lying in bed, once before getting up and again before sleeping. I did it once during the day and my family got scared, thought i was hyperventillating, so since then i have to wait until no one is around lol
