If you can’t sleep with it…it is worse…you spend more hours tossing and turning…if the body doesn’t relax, the bed gets more and more painful. At least for me…may you never enjoy the delights of arthritis xD

I used to get arthritis in my knuckles lol I used to condition them in my teens
In the mornings id be like ooo yeah that’s boxing alright lol
Knuckles stayed bruised

I’m healed from that stuff for a long time now
Maybe some lower back stuff or hip stuff from a sinking bed at times
