Fields for Shifting realities

Hi! I’ve discovered Sapien a year ago, and only recently started listening to audios daily.
Are there any fields that help with shifting to higher timelines/ideal realities, this could even be considered manifesting I guess.

I was also wondering, if we use trauma release and belief Changing fields, aren’t those helping shift realities? For example if whatever trauma gets removed, I move to a reality where I never had that trauma to begin with? And wouldn’t there be slight changes, internally and externally?

Also I’m familiar with revision fields, that’s not what I’m looking for
