I haven’t used V3 in a long time, so I wouldn’t be sure.
Before I had Lion’s Mane, V2 was my go to, and I had great results with that too.
For tension I would recommend this:
I know derma rolling is big thing, so for blood flow pick one of your choice from Dream’s field.
I personally like Bone organ breathing.

I’m so happy my sides on which has been taken a long time to fill in because there was some patches have finally filled in properly.
Hair loss version 3 was slow to fix but this finally fixed it.
Hair loss v3 was a 2+ year journey btw but this was instantaneous
