I uploaded it at about 2 am this morning.
YouTube usually says 3 - 4 days for new albums
They may dislike the channel, but they grab these audios for the music side really fast.
all are pretty self explanatory, except Radition Protection and Removal.
this also switches on sirt 1, 3 and 6 (along with the removal of radiation inside the body)
within the normal human bio process.
(so it goes back off again, but this helps protect DNA from radiation damage)
that being said, if you are using it and doing chemotherapy,
use it after chemo, not before.
(because you want the targeted cells to die, just not spread the radiation to the rest of your body, this can make you a little resistant for a few hours)
The rest with 2 - 3 listens, it sticks with you for a while.
