Here’s a neat trick, I just tried it. Ask any servitors, guides, or deities you may be in contact with, to help remove any subconscious or energetic blocks you may have about grounding. And to ground even further. Before Sapien Med I had had some root chakra damage/scarring, and didn’t realize until several minutes ago that mentally I have had some fears about grounding and being with my root. Now it feels like a lot of space opened up, less in my head, and more integrated.
