I’m pretty new to this forum.
I listen to Sapien Medicine fields for a few years now on Youtube. Shortly before the YT channel got deleted I subscribed to the Patreon first tier and luckily downloaded most of the available fields, as I prefer listening offline anyway.
As this got hacked and deleted I searched and found the forum and the now available sites, and finally entered this community and subscribed to ES Patreon also – so there is something good in everything! lol
But I don’t own a lot of the advanced fields that are now no longer available anywhere like SoulRestorations or AuricRepair (or are they?).
Now my situation and question:
I realized not long ago, that I suffer from burnout, related to highly masked Asperger-like Autism + ADHD;
combined with severe traumatic childhood,
with weak and inflammable body issues.
And so I have grief + depression in my way,
and a problem with being easily overwhelmed with emotions of any kind;
also being empath and easily triggered into survival mode,
nervous and sleeping problems, too.
Ancestral and earlier issues are at work here, I can see.
Just so you know – I am working since decades on these things with different methods, and there is progress, like I couldn’t feel fear really since a few years ago. Now I do, and adapting to that was a lot of fun!!
…yeah, no, pretty difficult! OK, but undeniably progress!
I figure healing the really annoying burnout now would be my first step to lighten up the recently overboarding mess in my life – literally… Yeah, I cling to things and have a problem of getting rid of anything. I’m still functioning and have a job, but it’s all still sooo tireing.
I seek advice which fields to use for the Autism + ADHD help, besides the 2 obvious fields I have and use 1-2 times daily. Too many listens to brain fields can cause Migraines with me, although I am used to listen to several fields a day now (except new fields need more attention); at night I can not sleep with changing fields, instead I usually loop a few for good atmosphere/safety on 3 different devices.
The burnout makes everything so very difficult. I meditate daily, combined with some free-style QiGong, sometimes more than an hour, but at least a short time. The grief thing scares me, it feels too much, still. I only manage every other day to relieve something.
My food intake and body exercise are not good, but for the material realm I lack energy, willpower and organisational skills. Right now it’s a little bit random what I listen to and how my day goes, I am not able to establish a clear structure for myself I can follow (when I was younger I mostly managed to be disciplined - but that was before getting into feeling more!).
I can afford a few bucks for purchase every month. So I think of buying the Gumroad Ignition of the Core (burnout) and The nervous reset (yeah, that’s me!), that would be the affordable amount for the next month or two. I have a feeling, that might help biggly, too, but I ask for recommendations what else should be thought of.
Ah, and I’m in Menopause now for some years. Recently I dared to take hormone fields like Menopause (I intend not to start bleeding again!) and testosterone in moderate amounts (Sammy adviced to try ), which helped biggly!
But my mess in the brain is a real trap – so any hints, experiences, guesses?
And yes, there can be a lot of fields in my day, but there is such a vast amount from which to chose! Like I decide differently everyday. Also I think I lack experience with fields and there are many I do not know , yet. I try to change between physical and energy fields to better digest them.

I recently integrated almost all the fields Sammy dropped on the Patreon, and also bought in an emergency The Crownbreaker and The Heart Crucible from Gumroad, and discovered Jing infusion + environment on YT help a lot. I still have these only on my computer, so I switch devices to listen to them.
Sound chaotic? I guess you’re right! Did I mention maybe I have this ADHD thing going on…?
I know that this post is overwhelming in itself.
