Newby - Hints to tackle Asperger Autism + ADHD, causing chronic Burnout

Hi Everyone!

I’m pretty new to this forum.
I listen to Sapien Medicine fields for a few years now on Youtube. Shortly before the YT channel got deleted I subscribed to the Patreon first tier and luckily downloaded most of the available fields, as I prefer listening offline anyway.
As this got hacked and deleted I searched and found the forum and the now available sites, and finally entered this community and subscribed to ES Patreon also – so there is something good in everything! lol :v:
But I don’t own a lot of the advanced fields that are now no longer available anywhere like SoulRestorations or AuricRepair (or are they?).

Now my situation and question:
I realized not long ago, that I suffer from burnout, related to highly masked Asperger-like Autism + ADHD;
combined with severe traumatic childhood,
with weak and inflammable body issues.
And so I have grief + depression in my way,
and a problem with being easily overwhelmed with emotions of any kind;
also being empath and easily triggered into survival mode,
nervous and sleeping problems, too.
Ancestral and earlier issues are at work here, I can see.

Just so you know – I am working since decades on these things with different methods, and there is progress, like I couldn’t feel fear really since a few years ago. Now I do, and adapting to that was a lot of fun!!
…yeah, no, pretty difficult! OK, but undeniably progress! :joy: :smiling_face_with_tear:

I figure healing the really annoying burnout now would be my first step to lighten up the recently overboarding mess in my life – literally… Yeah, I cling to things and have a problem of getting rid of anything. I’m still functioning and have a job, but it’s all still sooo tireing.

I seek advice which fields to use for the Autism + ADHD help, besides the 2 obvious fields I have and use 1-2 times daily. Too many listens to brain fields can cause Migraines with me, although I am used to listen to several fields a day now (except new fields need more attention); at night I can not sleep with changing fields, instead I usually loop a few for good atmosphere/safety on 3 different devices. :smile:

The burnout makes everything so very difficult. I meditate daily, combined with some free-style QiGong, sometimes more than an hour, but at least a short time. The grief thing scares me, it feels too much, still. I only manage every other day to relieve something.
My food intake and body exercise are not good, but for the material realm I lack energy, willpower and organisational skills. Right now it’s a little bit random what I listen to and how my day goes, I am not able to establish a clear structure for myself I can follow (when I was younger I mostly managed to be disciplined - but that was before getting into feeling more!).
I can afford a few bucks for purchase every month. So I think of buying the Gumroad Ignition of the Core (burnout) and The nervous reset (yeah, that’s me!), that would be the affordable amount for the next month or two. I have a feeling, that might help biggly, too, but I ask for recommendations what else should be thought of.

Ah, and I’m in Menopause now for some years. Recently I dared to take hormone fields like Menopause (I intend not to start bleeding again!) and testosterone in moderate amounts (Sammy adviced to try :pray:), which helped biggly!

But my mess in the brain is a real trap – so any hints, experiences, guesses?
And yes, there can be a lot of fields in my day, but there is such a vast amount from which to chose! Like I decide differently everyday. Also I think I lack experience with fields and there are many I do not know , yet. I try to change between physical and energy fields to better digest them.

I recently integrated almost all the fields Sammy dropped on the Patreon, and also bought in an emergency The Crownbreaker and The Heart Crucible from Gumroad, and discovered Jing infusion + environment on YT help a lot. I still have these only on my computer, so I switch devices to listen to them.
Sound chaotic? I guess you’re right! Did I mention maybe I have this ADHD thing going on…?

I know that this post is overwhelming in itself.

I like to pay attention to my food intake, aiming to get all the necessary nutrients the body needs. I think omega-3 supplementation (reputable company that is for quality over quantity) is super important for brain function if you don’t get enough of it from your diet.
Besides that I enjoy reciting mantras like OM when meditating and getting enough sleep. With sleep it can be tricky because various factors come into play, it can be hard to establish a regular sleeping schedule where your body feels tired at a designated time but I think this really optimizes your overall well being besides the fields which give the information to your body.
Breathing exercises like the Pranayama technique @SammyG made works real well to get the energy flowin’ and resets me after a hard day of work.
Besides that I think spending time in nature as much as you can, like going for a walk in a park or if you easily feel overstimulated by extraneous stimuli such as cars or crowds try going to a quiet place where you can be in the present moment.

I usually supplement, but indeed lately I didn’t do Omega3 so much anymore. I wasn’t aware that it is so relevant for brain function.
Sleep is a thing - working on it, some days -rather evenings- go good, some go wrong.

So burnout and my neurodivergent brain…
At my present state going for a walk is a big challenge - and it’s a city, no forrest near by, always lots of people around outside almost everywhere, to reach a forrest needs a greater amount of time and energy. Any action like that feels like climbing a hill (in a bad way). I recently tried to move to a more countryside place but that went south and I am still recovering from that effort.

So I ask for recommendations for fields that make it easier for me brain-wise, not feeling like going up a wall all the time in my daily life.

Like I saw a list for depression on another post. That was for listening overnight. I think I will integrate the fields (or some) from that list, I do not use yet, some I have no access to (like Plasma Flaunt). I would not have thought of The Schumann Resonance (though I like the music!) to integrate on a daily basis for that purpose, although I understand why, after I saw it. I’d say that’s the lack of experience on my side with the fields work.
Interesting from that list are the many repetitions, too - that’s a hint for me as well.
But also I guess healing depression is not exactly the same as Autism/ADHD - or what’d you think?

I have many of the fields you mentioned. I’m pretty sure I had the Sun Gazer and Energetic salt cleanse, too, but I can’t find them right now, that’s weird…
But I think I get the point, feel like relaxing in nature.

So maybe these fields, too:

Sun Tanner (I wouldn’t mind some tan!)
Plant Kingdom or Plant Growth and Enhancement - ah, no, Photosynthesis does something else, rihght? I don’t have that.
I like RainDrops, but I thought it likely makes it rain; being in Germany it (still) is most of the time not so sunny! OK, I won’t loop :sweat_smile: - yeah thats relaxing a lot.
And there are/were all these landscape portals I never used so far.
I really have to look on some storages, if I got them there… :thinking:

I have chocolate/sugar addiction, a little bit of coffee and being absent by surfing internet and desire-driven daydreaming aka overthinking. I know this all is bad for the brain… That’s from early childhood on, I was being babysitted by the TV. When I was a kid we got some sweets before sleep IN BED; I’m still craving for that… Otherwise there are no further addictions, though these are a bit nasty as they started super early.
I use the Overcome Addiction field daily - I guess more often? Or better the Dopamine Repair, is it stronger?

I used to sing on a daily basis, now it’s rather occasionally, although I know it’s especially good for me. I lost a few years ago my urge to sing, now I have to get me there, that’s some grief and exhaustion problem I guess.
So target the burnout directly, too…

Writing this already gets something moved inside!

Start with this first.
Our bodies do live in the physical world and we need to do our best to take care of them.
Start with small steps if u easily get overwhelmed.

This is almost certainly the cause for all your symptoms mentioned. Sugar in excess is comparable to heroin…

For me it’s like, when I eat sth very sweet, it’s immediately noticeable in my brain. It’s as if my brain is rejecting it vehemently.

For breath work, I usually recommend the Wim Hof breathing, especially because it has positive effects on inflammation throughout the body.

Yeah I know… When I experimented with the low carb diet for a week years ago, I was standing in the supermarket and realized how few things I was actually allowed to it. Or another time when I had one of those Lindor chocolates, I spit it out, because it is so excessively sweet.

So yeah, ideally you pair the Wim Hof breathing with drastically reduced sugar intake, and at the same time slowly start some basic physical exercises at home, even if it’s just 10 minutes.

The addiction will be not so easy to conquer… But the good news is, you’ll quickly start feeling better with better mental clarity. So there’s intrinsic motivation (usually easy to keep going when you see almost immediate results).

Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it.
The problem was to get to a point where I am able again to do things for me, not to be so tired and unmotivated. Just like a depression, with ADHD and Autism most of the practical changes are quite out of reach. You might think it’s only the food, I thought about that, I disagree. I had better times when I ate well, I still had these problems, a little bit less maybe, but not gone. And my food intake is even not bad right now, but simply not as good as it could or should…

I didn’t realise how much being extremely sensitive drained me in the environment I am in, and that being under attack by bs witchcrafters regularly took a toll of its own. I’m using a variety of protection measures since years (yes, also SM fields), and as it has become a daily practise I even forgot to mention, cause I didn’t think it might really contribute. :laughing:
Now I found -accidentally, haha - some tools, that help me immediately with the tiredness and to block very powerfully most of all the difficult surrounding. The latter is really precious! I have a feeling of it might happen - I recover!
I really was guided there, I’m sure, through this asking for help, making unusual decisions on the internet! Sometimes it works!
So many more aspects, like Sammys helped also, that led me to be able to listen to my inner voice again, and much more.

Try ceremonial grade cacao, I think this can elevate mood considerably and help relax. It also works as an aphrodisiac.

Just googled it - sounds interesting! Not sure for the evening as some write its waking you up. Maybe after work when I want to reward myself and do some more stuff afterwards.
Best it would also work without a too big ceremony, too - if I’d have the energy to make that big wave for a drink I don’t need the drink anymore… :wink:
