Now that your system is calm, we address the ROOT childhood comparisons that programmed “I’m not enough.”

Each Phase is 2 weeks Long:

Phase 3: Build from New Foundation
After clearing and rewriting, you BUILD the foundation of your authentic self on a rock not sand.

Drop any other fields you got going on right now and focus on this approach, go through this right for yourself.

Give this a try for 2 weeks, and really think while cord cutter is running.

you can run the playlist once wait 2 hours than run again repeat (if you want) but don’t run consistently for the entire day. Allow your subconscious to process with no energry input.
