Unconditional's journal 02

Okay, with the recent events and the release of New Album: Ragnarok , I had “a wake up call” for increasing my spiritual purification practices while letting go of the fluff.

So here I go;

The Righteousness (Right-conduct) Stacks

Many of our harmful behaviors stem from stored traumas / harmful subconscious beliefs. So, in order to tackle harmful behaviors (unconscious habit patterns), it’s best to go to the root of their fuels and eliminate those.

For example,
Attachment to greed and over acquisitiveness is fueled by fear of lack, fear of survival, etc.

Shutting Down the Gates of Suffering

I’ll trust the expert here and go with Krishna’s “Three Gates of Hell” teaching and create antidote stacks for those, while trying to focus on root causes.

“There are three gates leading to the ruin of the self—lust, anger, and greed. Therefore, one should abandon these three.”
— Chapter 16, Verse 21

Antidotes to Greed

  • Abundance Mindset (remove scarcity mindset, fear of survival, lack consciousness)
  • Consciousness of “being enough” and “having enough”.
  • Trust in the Higher Self & Knowledge of True Self (Self-Realization)

So, beneficial fields would include:

Antidotes to Lust (Sense Gratification)

BG 2.62 and 2.63 says:

“When a person dwells upon sense objects, attachment develops.
From attachment arises desire (lust).
From desire arises anger.”
“From anger comes delusion.
From delusion, loss of memory.
From loss of memory, destruction of discrimination.
When discrimination is destroyed, one is ruined.”

So,

Note for later

“Knowing the Self to be higher than the intellect, steady the mind and conquer this formidable enemy in the form of desire.”
