Might you/someone have any opinion/ suggestion for those already wearing braces? As in, would the braces interfere? Would they have to be taken off?
One particular concern is — one should wear retainers after getting braces out. I’m wondering… about this.

Braces would definitely interfere as they hold your teeth and push them inward

so the maxilla cant really expand

are you talking about the permanent ones? 4 teeth retainer on top and bottom should be fine…

I personally fully removed my retainers a week ago and feel like auto mewing audio works far better
