I’ve got to admit I’ve been slacking on this one :sweat_smile:

I used it for 2 or 3 days and not after that…somehow just missed it in my stack till I saw it mentioned here. Added it to my workout stack now…

I’ve been regularly using Strength and Endurance once and clearly see improved workouts!

Yes, the majority of my listening is at night, and the fields work pretty well for me.

The only fields I avoid are those which may energize me and keep me awake.

i took a color test once where you need to tell the difference between the similar shades of a color and according to it i have 4 cone types in my retina

meanwhile i don’t know how do others perceive colors i can tell that i certainly don’t see the world as it shown in the pictures that are supposed to simulate tetrachromatic vision
