Could barely sleep because of allergies. (Can someone recommend something other than negative ion generator, flaunt, and HGF for allergies?)

But I woke up feeling quite mentally clear for another very bad sleep session. Even with the weird anxiety I woke up having, I still feel clear mentally.

My mind feels more controllable. Like what thought I want to choose is able to be chosen. Less randomness.
