I always see people on the forum say they loop the fields through the night yet I don’t see anyone telling them not to do so. I can’t speak for others but I always saw it as 2-3 is enough but more is okay unless otherwise specified like super human genius.
The way I have been listening to fields is just as much as I feel I need at a time.
I’ll have to work on strengthening my intuition and connection to my higher self.
