In this topic, audios are grouped into hypothetical Stacks (categories for audios that may produce a certain result) for convenience, ease of use and for those interested. The audios within the stacks are listed in order of effectiveness, importance, potential synergy and logical progression. Please remember these are theoretical stacks, so the audios within might or might not produce desired results.
I will try to keep the stacks and lists up to date when new audios are released or because of user’s suggestions. If anyone has any ideas for new Stacks, suggestions for the Stacks below or would like to share their own Stacks, please feel free to post below.
The small number surrounded by a grey circle is how many people have clicked on that link. For most audios I put suggestions for how many times to listen to it as x1,x2,x3 etc.
For example in this stack the audios have x1,x2 or x3 next to them.
If I didn’t put any number next to an audio, usually it means there is no suggested number of times to listen to it by Sapien Medicine .
Usually the suggested number I put is what Sapien Medicine suggested for an audio. Rarely I might put my own suggested number.
Booster Stacks:
Booster Stack (listen before your current list of audios for better results)
@gpo is the small number in the stack lists like Energy blockage removal and the small number 4 Right after for example on the booster stack does that mean we do energy blockage 4 x in a row and such?
No, that small number surrounded by a grey circle is just how many people have clicked on that link. For some audios I put suggestions for how many times to listen to it as x1,x2,x3 etc.
For example in this stack the audios have x1,x2 or x3 next to them.

@gpo good thing I asked lol yesterday I did it this way with 5 energy blockage removals and such very time consuming but I appreciate you responding so quickly :) thanks
@adelellama gpo hasn’t created a stack for women’s motivation yet. You can use all the audios in the stack with no problems except for these hormone audios, which may possibly have gender-specific effects which would not work well for women:
For example, The Testosterone Boost is not recommended for females, and DHEA Boost could possibly raise testosterone levels undesirably for women. Reduce Estrogen helps some women with hormonal problems, but I’m not sure whether it would work well for everyone, and whether it would increase motivation for women the way it would for men.
Meno-Unpause should be the best audio to optimise women’s hormones, but I’m not sure as to whether it would increase motivation specifically.
You will probably get a significant motivation boost from all the other audios already.
Just like @uial mentioned, you would have to remove all the men’s hormone audios, listed in uial’s post above. Yes, another good idea from uial, you could try adding in Meno-Unpause, if you desire.
I will update the list and put in a Women’s Motivation Stack soon. Thank you.
